Experience a unique and different activity: making your own fresh goat's milk cheese using traditional methods. The workshop and tasting will last approximately 1.5 hours, with 45 minutes dedicated to the cheesemaking process and 45 minutes to the guided tasting. The visit concludes with a beautiful cruise on the Júcar River aboard a modern vessel, experiencing nature in its wildest state, surrounded by canyons, mountains, and the national reserve.
Activity Schedule: Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
A minimum of 4 people is required to guarantee the activity.
