Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. An adult can accompany up to two children under 12 years of age.
Pregnant women, people with injuries, heart problems, hypertension or vertigo cannot participate in this adventure. People with reduced mobility who require the use of a wheelchair should consult with the Isla Mágica staff about the options available to board the attraction.
In the case of intellectually disabled or deaf people, it is very important that the visitor has correctly understood the instructions for the safe use of the attraction, either directly or through the person who assists them.
