The Ecoherbes Park Medicinal Botanical Garden is a large natural space next to the Mediterranean Sea and the Ebro Delta. A privileged location within the Terres de l’Ebre Biosphere Reserve. It is the only botanical garden in the province of Tarragona.

A natural space where you can admire plants from different parts of the world, with more than 400 aromatic and medicinal species. All kinds of local fauna can be found living freely in the botanical garden.

*A minimum of 2 participants must be booked.

Opening Hours: 11:00 a.m. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour. Available languages for the guided tour: Spanish and Catalan. Garden Opening Hours: AUTUMN AND SPRING: October 1 to November 3 and April 1 to May 31. Tuesday to Saturday: Mornings: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Afternoons: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sundays and Public Holidays: Mornings: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Mondays (excluding public holidays): Closed. Experience information

Located in the municipality of l’Ampolla (Tarragona), Ecoherbes Park is the only botanical garden in Catalonia with 20,000m2 and more than 400 species of aromatic and medicinal plants. A unique space just a few kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea and the Ebro Delta.

The facilities have a large bank of their own seeds and a nursery for the reproduction of the species, in order to achieve better adaptability and high organoleptic quality genetics in the cultivated plants.

During the guided tour, an expert guide in the garden will accompany you during the tour and will offer you the opportunity to discover, in an interactive way, a world of sensory experiences in terms of aromas, flavours, textures, colours and properties of plants, in their current and historical uses, and in various civilisations.
