Learn the history of this ornate palace and its garden. Known as Portugal's answer to Versailles, it was originally designed as a summer residence for the royal family before King Pedro III transformed it into a palace. Discover for yourself the majesty of the 18th century aristocracy!

Hours:
Palace: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Gardens: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

NOTICE: The remodeling works of the ticket office and shop of the Queluz National Palace required the temporary relocation of these services. The tour circuit begins, temporarily, in the Throne Room.
