The "How Andalusian Horses Dance" show is an authentic equestrian ballet with distinctly Spanish music and 18th-century costumes, based on choreography derived from classical and working equitation movements and other traditional equestrian techniques. Each performance features six to eight choreographies. All of them maintain the same level of quality and spectacularity and are programmed by the Institution.
