-Visit to the Dehesa (pastureland) where you can see the pigs roaming freely in their natural habitat.
-Visit to the natural cellars to see the natural curing process.
-Tasting: 50% Iberian grain-fed ham and 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham (D.O. Jabugo), hand-carved on the spot, accompanied by D.O. Condado de Huelva wines from Bodegas Díaz: Fruity, Vado del Quema. Dry or fortified, fino-style. To finish, a tasting of 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin and Iberian acorn-fed pork tenderloin paired with sweet orange wine. Those under 18 will be offered soft drinks or juice. Children under 12 have a different (shorter) tasting than adults.
