Fangar Bay is home to a significant portion of the Delta's oyster and mussel producers. This activity involves visiting one of the area's most important mussel farms, which you will reach after a motorboat tour along the coast of L'Ampolla and the Bay. At the mussel raft, located in the Delta Natural Park, you can enjoy the tranquility of the space, visit a charming maritime museum, and savor a tasting of mussels and oysters cultivated right there, accompanied by wine or cava.
