For safety reasons, children under 3 years of age, pregnant women, people with reduced mobility, or people with cardiovascular problems are not permitted to ride the cable car. In general, when the user's abilities are altered in a way that may interfere with the normal operation of the cable car. The Teide Cable Car staff reserves the right to refuse admission to any customers or users who may pose a risk to the safety, health or operation of the service.

The Teide Cable Car is located within a National Park, that is, a fragile and protected area. Therefore, you must follow a series of basic rules of civic behavior and respect for the natural environment, such as: not littering or picking up stones, plants, or animals. Remember that it is not permitted to make fires, loud noises, leave marked paths, feed wildlife, or camp.
